We design and build one-off dashboards to our customers' exact specifications.
We go through the same process of discovery, design and deployment, but we just handover the dashboards upon deployment.
We train the customer's team on the dashboards and handover all the necessary documentation.

Power BI Team Augmentation
For customers with a team, that is looking to boost their teams for the short to medium term, we offer them our team members to augment into their team.
The Vizentra resources become part of the customer's data visualization team and add value under the customer's instruction, with the guidance and management from Vizentra.
We charge per resource deployed at the customer.
Data Process Optimization
To get the best dashboards, the data input needs to be optimized.
We firstly assess the data process to understand it and ensure sufficiency and quality.
We then clean up the data where required and set up a reliable data pipeline to power the customer's dashboards.
We consult with our customers to craft strong Standard Operating Procedures required to ensure for good data.
