At Vizentra, we strive to deliver high-quality data solutions and a seamless client experience across all our services. This Returns & Refund Policy outlines how refunds, cancellations, and service changes are handled for our Dashboards-as-a-Service subscriptions and custom project-based services.
1. Dashboards-as-a-Service Subscriptions
1.1 Free Trials (If applicable)
If Vizentra offers a free trial for dashboard services, you may cancel anytime during the trial period at no cost.
1.2 Monthly Subscriptions

Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance.

You may cancel your subscription at any time.

Refunds are not issued for partial months, unused time, or unused services after payment has been processed.

After cancellation, you will retain access to your dashboards until the end of the current billing cycle.
1.3 Annual Subscriptions (If offered)

Annual plans are billed once upfront at a discounted rate.

Annual subscriptions are non-refundable after the first 14 days.

If cancelled within the first 14 days, a full refund will be issued minus any onboarding or setup fees already completed.
2. Custom Services
Custom services include:

Custom Power BI Dashboards
-
Power BI Team Augmentation
-
Data Process Optimization
-
Any bespoke consulting or project-based service
2.1 Deposits & Progress Payments

Custom services may require a deposit or milestone-based payments.

Deposits or milestone payments are non-refundable, as they cover allocated resources, planning, and work completed to date.
2.2 Project Cancellations
If you choose to cancel a custom project:

All work completed up to the date of cancellation will be billed.

Any unused funds (after deducting work already completed) may be refunded at Vizentra’s discretion.

Once a project deliverable has been submitted or approved by the client, no refunds will be issued.
2.3 Team Augmentation Refunds
Because team augmentation involves dedicated staffing:

Payments for augmentation services are non-refundable once the service period has begun.

You may terminate the agreement with 30 days’ notice, after which future billing will stop.
3. Service Satisfaction Guarantee
We aim for outstanding service quality. If you are not satisfied with your dashboard or custom service deliverable:

You may request reasonable revisions within the agreed revision period.

Vizentra will work with you to resolve quality concerns aligned to the service scope.

Refunds will not be issued for preference-based changes outside the agreed scope.
4. Billing Errors
If you believe you were billed incorrectly:

You must notify us within 7 days of the billing date.

We will investigate and correct any confirmed billing errors promptly.
